well I think 3♣ is more sophisticated but I'm sure I'd just succumb to the temptation to bid my 7 card suit at the table.
how many diamonds have I promised by 2♦? in some systems it can still be 3 and just shows a minimum hand.

... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

I like 3♣. I'll hear about secondary diamond support this round if there is any. Yay for making the lowest reasonable bid.

so looks like people bid 3♣, what do you do next with partner's hand:

I like 4♣. Shows that we aren't too intent on notrump and that we don't have diamond support or a concentration of strength in one major. If partner's got a hand like Axx x AQxxxx Qxx, slam isn't bad, and partner could have a lot more than this here. I want partner's hand driving this one since he knows the diamond story better than I do.

With the major Quacks I would bid 3 NT. I did not bid it in the first nor in the second round of the bidding for a reason but now it is time to bid it. Partner need not to pass.

3D.
I have 7 of those, and even if I treat the suit as a 6 carder,
I did not show the 6th diamond until now.
With kind regards

it is very easy:
1♦-2♣
2♦-2NT
3♣-3NT
4♦-hesitation+5♣
6♣ (he has no major cue so he must cover the minors)
Just for the record, this bidding is ilegal, its just a joke, not a recommended auction.
