I'm trying to develop a structure that caters to an overloaded 1M-2N. It has to serve as a LR with 3+ trump as well as the balanced GF hands with four trump (but not the GF hands with three trump). 1M is limited to 11-15
So far, I'm coming up with...
3C-any minimum
.....3D-GF ask
..........3H-side 5 cd suit
..........3S-bal
..........3N-higher
..........4C-middle
..........4D-lower
3D-GF with shortness
.....3H-asks shortness
.........3S-higher
.........3N-middle
.........4C-lower
.........4D-lower, 6 cds
.........4H-lower, 7 cds
3M-medium
.....S1-asks
..........S1-higher
..........S2-middle
..........S3-lower
..........S4-balanced
3OM-GF with side (5cd) suit?
.....S1-asks
..........S1-clubs
..........S2-diamonds
..........S3-major
3N, 4m-voids?
Any ideas to make this more symmetric and better? I can't remember this as it stands.

How about...
3C-min, then 3D GF relay...
.....3H-single-suited
..........3N-6, bal
..........4C-6, higher
..........4D-6, middle
..........4H-6, lower
.....3S-unspecified shortness (a 5431)
.....3N-5 clubs
.....4C-5 diamonds
.....4D-5 OM
3D-bal 5332 or 5422, min
3H-max-single-suited
.....3N-6, bal
.....4C-6, higher
.....4D-6, middle
.....4H-6, lower
3S-max, unspecified shortness (a 5431)
.....4C-higher shortness
.....4D-middle shortness
.....4H-lower shortness
3N-max, 5 clubs
4C-max, 5 diamonds
4D-max, 5 OM
4M-max, bal
3C-min, then 3D GF relay...
.....3H-single-suited
..........3N-6, bal
..........4C-6, higher
..........4D-6, middle
..........4H-6, lower
.....3S-unspecified shortness (a 5431)
.....3N-5 clubs
.....4C-5 diamonds
.....4D-5 OM
3D-bal 5332 or 5422, min
3H-max-single-suited
.....3N-6, bal
.....4C-6, higher
.....4D-6, middle
.....4H-6, lower
3S-max, unspecified shortness (a 5431)
.....4C-higher shortness
.....4D-middle shortness
.....4H-lower shortness
3N-max, 5 clubs
4C-max, 5 diamonds
4D-max, 5 OM
4M-max, bal

Thanks for the links. RobF (and awm) wanted to show voids, too. Here's RobF's structure...
1♥-2N(inv+ Jacoby):
3♣ min, or the worst medium (no shortness, no extra trump)
3♦ medium strength hands
3♥ max, with extra length or a singleton (3♠ asks; then 3N= extra length, others shortness with 4♥=stiff ♠)
3♠ max, with a good side suit (3N asks, 4♥=♠)
3N max, semibalanced (no shortness or extra length)
4♣♦♥ max with a void (4♥=♠ void)
After 3♣ showing a minimum and 3♦ asking, the 3♥+ responses are almost exactly the same as above:
1♥-2N-3♣(min)-3♦(GF ask):
3♥ min, with extra length or a singleton
3♠ min, with a good side suit
3N min or medium, semibalanced (4♣ asks for range)
4♣♦♥ min with a void
1♥-2N-3♦(mid)-3♥(GF ask):
3♠ mid with a singleton
3N mid with extra length
4♣♦♥ mid with a void
Good suits are only able to be shown in 2 ranges (min/max), but otherwise you get fairly accurate shape information as well as good range resolution. The cheapest step keeps asking questions, while other bids by responder are either cue bids or signoffs (3♥ over 3♣ is to play).

To be fair, it was mostly my partner's structure although that's what we currently play. However, we use it as a J2NT relay replacement (GF 4+), rather than a 3+ LR structure. Not that you can't use it that way, but I'm guessing you might want more than just "good/medium/bad" distinctions in your 3C/3D/3H responses to 2N.
Also note that while a 4+ raise will almost always play in the major, a 3 card raise may want to play 3N. The balanced heart hands by opener rebid 3N conveniently, but this is not the case in spades. In spades, 3C starts the relay ask, and the balanced hands rebid 4C as opener.
