double, this shows a strong 4, partner is entitled to do something intelligent now.

redouble the round before was an option also, but IMO too risky. Double now its better.

If you are going to bid 4H on this handtype you must double 4S.

I did bid 5H and that did go -1. 4S makes:

RHO play KA and Ax
I was lucky that RHO didn't place me for the choice by returning a 3th

your partner will pull 4Sx to 5H when he hears you have a strong 1 suiter in hearts, it's very likely that at least one of the two contracts make. BTW lho found a very crazy pull to 4.
