If this hand is a typical 3N overcall for this partnership, North should have run to 4C (pass or correct)--he is wide open in the other minor and long enough in hearts that they are very likely to look for another lead. Pass here should show partial stoppers in the unbid suits (redouble would show sure stoppers.)

Given that North had the partial stoppers for a pass south should still pull with no help in the side suits.

I prefer this 3N overcall to be more substantial--stop in their suit, full stop in one side suit, and at least a partial stop in the other. Now partner doesn't run unilaterally and passes with no help and redoubles with help in the side suits.
