Sometimes GIB does weird things because (as in this case) its simulations happened to favor 2♥ while they would normally favor 2♦.

Maybe GIB would "expect" you to bid 2♠ with the South hand. I am not saying you should, but it would make 2♥ a little more understandable.

I don't think this is a bug. Rather it is one of those wrong decisions that happen once in a while due to a statistical fluke of its simulations. I could be wrong, of course.

Maybe sometime you or somebody present a "GIB bug", so I can learn a new thing.

Can anyone tell that in general GIB likes to walk around 30-36% to pick trump contracts?

No gib was not correct. TY for the report I think the programmers will take a look.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.
