(1C) - p - (p) - 1NT
(p) - 2C

GIB N's 2C was explained as 10-16 HCP, nothing else. I decided to bid 2S and GIB N passed. He had 8 HCP and (thankfully) 4 spades.

I tried to ask him how he intended his 2C bid but all he gave me was this ice cold glare.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.
