Sorry if this has been covered before, but I'm looking for some software or Word/Excel macro that takes in PBN (or LIN?) files and formats them so that it displays hand diagrams and auctions - say 4 to an A4 page - so that they can be printed out for teaching handouts and such-like.

Anybody have anything or know of anything I can get hold of that would do this for me?

Cheers

My Linconverter does some of this but not exactly what you want.

It does have the advantage of converting Lin files.

One of the options is to convert the files to plain text which could then be cut and paste into a word document.

If you are stuck I could probably create a word template that would be easy to cut and paste too.

Hi Alan
If you visit Kaj Backas site (http://www.kolumbus....tm/KGBlinks.htm)

you should find a link to Yvan Calame's utility for converting pbn to html.

Yvan is webmaster (I think) of the Swiss Bridge Federation's site:
http://fsbridge.nexenservices.com/

There you will find lots of tournament files in lin, html and text format. I assume Yvan uses his utility for the html pages. Let me know if you have any problems as I think I have the utility somewhere and tested it out some years back
