Final Results:
Pair 1 scores as 6.04 imps
Pair 2 scores as 6.33 imps.

Pair 1 is placed above pair 2 in the final result.

Is there a bug in the final report?

Normal enough for stratified Ts like the ACBL club games on BBO

Within a section, pairs are stratified. So someone in (say) A could come in 3nd in A while someone in (say) C could come in 2nd in his strata with a lower score
