$50 LIIT is robbery imo.
Ever seen anyone bring a flask to a restaurant to save $ on drinks by bringing their own?
In the old days such mistreatment of customers would not have been tolerated.

I think gaining 15 posts a day on inquiry for you is pretty reasonable, which would translate into ~1 month.

With that said, Santa got me a wok for Christmas. I know a lot of you are baller cooks with some baller recipes (paging Hrothgar). Aside from the obvious idea of throwing a bunch of meat and veggies into hot oil and stirfrying with sauce and such, does anyone have any recommendations of ideas or recipes or pro tips or anything I might find useful?
I've never used a wok, and my parents never used woks, so I'm more or less going by instinct.
In fact, I may start another "what should i do for dinner this weekend" thread, with the wok as the central focus of my plans.
Please respond.
Had my first wok fire the other night. I guess it was too hot when I added some oil to start cooking.
You'll be happy to know that all the smoke detectors in my house work perfectly well.
