Thanks. As to AT&T, I know little. The larger notion that businesses seem to approach matters in very weird ways resonates with me. Given the recent troubles, the argument that, despite appearances, these guys of course know what they are doing, seems a bit hollow.

At any rate, I found the writing style inventive, interesting and informative.
