Another sub quick suggestion

When someone accepts an invitation to sub in a tournament, the other in a playing table should get an automated message: "abragge has helped us all by accepting to sub to a running tournament".

To conter against all of those who were enlisted in a tournament, but don't tell their table countraries about that..
