(P)-2NT-(4D)-??

2NT= 20-22 (semi)bal.

It wasn't me who had this problem (I was the 4D bidder), I just thought it was an interesting problem. For anyone who doubles, do you pass or bid 4S over 4H (assuming its takeout)?

4 seems automatic.
"Gibberish in, gibberish out. A trial judge, three sets of lawyers, and now three appellate judges cannot agree on what this law means. And we ask police officers, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and citizens to enforce or abide by it? The legislature continues to write unreadable statutes. Gibberish should not be enforced as law."
