2C for me. I am not completely opposed to Dbl, but there are too many hands for partner where he might leave 1SX in (if he actually had a trap pass hand) but we can't set them. Plus, my diamonds should be three cards. Plus, what will I do if partner pulls Dbl to 2D? Pass or 3C?

:) Any allowances for table feel here? Reading pard is illegal, and you have to bend over backwards not to do this, but opps are fair game. It's either jdonn's heaven or 2 is obvious. If you can't sense the difference you need to take up high stakes poker. I have a Tuesday night game that's just for you. Come on by.
