I'm not supporting spades.

I would probably bid 3♥ and hate it :
- if 3♥ is meant as semi-preemptive I really hate my collection of honor cards ;
- if 3♥ is meant as game-going, this hand really sucks.
If you insist, the only other call I would consider is PASS, as weird as it sounds.
