Is this makeable would the best %age line make it

Contract is 4♥ with no bidding by EW.

Lead 9♠

Can this be made? If so is it made on the best line (highest %age not knowing EW cards)

Playing IMPs just in case that makes a difference

At the table I had tried to cross ruff the hand after playing all my high cards in the minors and failed one trick short after West overruffed at trick 7 and leads two more round of trump.
So I would make it just double dummy.

♠A, ♠ ruffed, ♦A, ♦K, ♣A, ♣ ruffed low, ♠ ruffed with ♥Q, ♣ ruffed with ♥K. Unfortunately this is over-ruffed with ♥A. Now, however, I think declarer is home even if LHO gives RHO a ♦ ruff.
