no, its not a wtp, you can double and let partner leave it in with a semi-balanced hand, specially against agressive opps.
But with no furthr info I will stick with 5♥.

Although double does not show a trump stack, in this auction it is very likely that partner will pass. I would expect 4SX to go for 300 most often with frequent 100's and 500's. Once in a while 4S will make.
5H is far from a lock, but I think it will make considerably more than half the time. I think bidding is the long time winner.
A rough double dummy simulation (where assumed that partner always passes) suggested bidding 5H wins 4.09 IMPs on average.

At imps this can't be a big minus if I double and it ends the auction, I think at matchpoints it would be much more difficult where -500 might be a big fat zero. So I double here.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

my choice depends on whether or not partner treats an X of 2♠ the same as an X of 1♠. If he does, X; if not 5♥.

Either way could be right. Give partner a decent hand like x Qxx AQJx KQxxx and 5♥ could go down on a bad break or a club ruff, or x Qxxx Axxx AKxx and 5♥ is in jeapordy, or x QJxx AQxxx Axx and 6♥ could be decent. I'm going to double and just take the money if that's what partner agrees even though that's probably his most likely action.

I thought this was a wtp, but a wtp for the minority answer. No one has convinced me otherwise. My partner's never seem to be 1444 when I want them to be.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

Guessing 5♥ = 10, _X = 9.
