No nice constructive bidding here, so we have to guess.
Small slam must have good chances and even a grand is possible but probably not biddable.

5H presumes our side has enough for slam - needs at least 3 of the 4 from DA, CA, opps D 3-2, SK

4NT, second option would be a double wich is take out, but it would normally be with 6 spades and a 4 card minor.
