Scoring: IMP

and the bidding goes....

S--W--N--E
1-1NT-2-ps
ps-X*-ps-3
ps-ps-3-ps
ps-X-ps-ps
ps

X*: alerted as take out.

Poor you opened a not very good hand with 1 andcould do nothing but pass rest of the bidding, but insane partner bringed you to level 3 doubled ofcourse, now your time to deal with the carding.

Lead is A, next K and a third .

RHO assists with 5 and then discards 3+ 6 (std carding suposed).

To bad 10 of isn't 10 of , otherwise np.

But now we have to guess who has what. I assume that the 1 NT bidder had maximum hand for his X. So East has max 4 points even though I think only 3. And that is going to be a red King, I am sooo smart
I will win the in my hand and play a to the jack and duck a out.
Maybe Ax in NT hand, but probably not. If not I will play for both honors in NT hand and 9 of with east. I will be asking what kinda glue west has been sniffing, TO X with such a balanced hand.

call director: both my hand and dummy's have the 3 of clubs!

I'd expect East to have only 4 clubs or he'd probably have bid 3 instead of 3. But anyway, I will work on eliminating West's hearts and later on will play him for holding both diamond honours by leading an honour from hand and ducking if West covers.

If East turns up with the CA then I don't get an entry to dummy with CJ to ruff a heart, but maybe East started with 9xx in diamonds. (East with 1-5-3-4 could have afforded a heart on the first trump discard but would have been forced to make a fatal discard on the 2nd trump anyway).
