Saw this one on another forum, and wasn't sure if I agreed with the majority opinion.

Presumably the 3♠ bid coming back is from LHO or RHO and not CHO?

Yes, I am aware, that they will have bid 3S,
but that does not change my comment, 3S
is not game, so no need to worry.
I reopened at a high level, they found a 9 card
fit, so be it, I will do it again.

Thanks, folks.
I thought this was a terrible hand to blindly follow the rule of 15 on, and I liked 3♣ as well.
If opponents compete to 3♠, I think I'd be sorely tempted to double.

For me a 4th seat 3♣ shows this hand, although this is certainly at the top of the range and I wouldn't gripe if PD choose 1♣ instead.
