Depends on vul for me. At NV I'm definitely not looking for game whilst at r/w I will make a move. At vul my p will probably have a decent spade suit, all I need is one diamond card. I might not end up in game every time but for now I would make a trial bid and see what partner has to say.

This would be quite an unusual hand for a weak two in hearts.
And when you switch the majors, you won't like to be in 4 HEart after a spade lead.

No, simply pass.

I count 8 tricks if p has a good heart suit or there is a winning finesse. 9 with a useful card in a black suit. That is already optimistic. If I could ask for a diamond feature I might find a good game but it is more likely that the 3-level will be too high. And even if p has ♦K, 4♥ will often be down on a spade lead.

Pass.

Pass. Maybe this is because my partners pre-empt on trash, but I wouldn't dream of looking for game with this hand.
