I'd lead the queen of hearts. It strikes me as pretty clear-cut.

Heart queen, it's even in bold on the ACBL convention card which is the absolute governing authority on what leads are standard in all cases.

I just asked because declarer had the Txxx♦ opposite x, and ran 10 top tricks without a diamond lead. I also led a ♥.

Is this the Standard American Yellow Card forum?
King is my systemic lead for me, if it was the queen I would lead the queen. Leading a heart is clear and for a diamond you would need a peek I think.

The only way I can see to possibly avoid a heart lead is by overcalling 1♥. Even then ....

I might have led a club if my minor suits were reversed, but there's no way I'm leading anything but a high heart here. Diamonds is opener's suit.
The Standard American lead from KQT9 is the Queen and the Standard American lead from KQTx is the King. If you lead the Queen and partner has the Jack, he will play you for either shortness or KQT9. If he thinks you have the latter, he is supposed to unblock at trick 1.
