Could you please put declarer in the south seat next time?

Overtricks seem very unlikely so I will just try to make the contract. If hearts are 3-2 I can easily make by pulling trump. If trumps are 4-1 then you can only make it with very specific layouts, while not pulling trump immediately risks the contract. I think I would go with the beginner's line.
and the result can be plotted on a graph.

Yes this looks too obvious. If I get cute and concede a diamond, or try to take a spade pitch early, I can go down on completely normal splits with average defense.

The fact that other tables is +430 makes no difference to me. I can't do anything about that except discuss a possible 3N rebid by partner after the session.
