Is this contract 100% guaranteed against any distribution of the opposing cards?

(This is one of the most complex problems I have ever seen. Make sure you consider ALL alternatives (including falsecarding) in your analysis.

If your answer is 'NO' - please provide a set-up and defense that will always defeat the contract.

If your answer is 'YES' - please explain, giving the relevant play(s) and reason for all contingencies.
