While it distorts the shape, my gut instinct here is to start with 1♠ (The suit I'd rather have lead, anyway), and follow it up with 4♥.

1♥ last round, 2♠ now, and 3♠ next, if legal.

Happy to make all these bids, this is not yuck to me. Possibly it will all end in tears, but it seems very pessimistic not to look for 4M.
That's impossible. No one can give more than one hundred percent. By definition that is the most anyone can give.

I am not happy with 1♥ 2 ♠ 3 ♠ because this may end horrible, but it is still the way I would describe my hand.

At least, I have good support for partner, so we should find a fit somewhere.
