I have to 10♠ (its shown in the first post)

I led 2♠, taken by A♠
♦return which I won with 9
I returned 3♠ to setup my 10♠
(my bad play I assume)

Which ♦ should I lead and why?

I think I would have been inclined to duck the first round to ♣. What happens next may help you in the later decision when you are next in, and it cuts down on potential ♣ entries to ♦ if you happen to set them up for declarer.

When you are in, it seems fairly safe to play ♦A. I cannot think of a ♦ distribution in the unseen hands that it can cost, given the auction and (more importantly) the earlier ♦ play.
