I like 3♥. If we end up in 3NT by partner, I'm much more worried about clubs than hearts. Partner is likely to have a heart control for his negative double, and RHO is more likely to lead a club (partner's suit) than a heart, especially if his heart bid was based in part on a fit for clubs.
So if I'm going to fake a stopper, I'll fake the heart stopper. If partner can bid 3NT then he should have a club control, and might have a heart control too (or RHO might not lead hearts).

Do you play that a cuebid show a stopper?
Nice idea, but if you play this way, you have no way to show a hand with no stopper.
So switch simply to a style, where you ask for stoppers and you have a simple 3 club bid.
But beforey you agrred on this, bid 3 Heart as the smallest lie.

I agree with Adam, I cuebid hearts since partner already implied length there so it's less damaging if he believes I have a stopper. I certainly don't want to lie about having a club stopper though.
