I like the show, but I have one minor quibble: engineers in high-tech companies do not, as a general rule, wear dress shirts and ties these days. Even their managers often don't. You don't see people dressing up until you get to the Director or VP level. I've worked in high tech for 25 years, and the only dress code I've ever encountered was "no T-shirts".
