How should I have continued?

I can take 3 spades, HA, 2 heart ruffs, 2 diamonds and CA. See 3 chances for a 10th trick. CK onside. QJ9 tight of diamonds. Or Kx(x) of clubs offside. I don't think the CK is onside per auction and I don't think I'll play for that diamond holding.
HA, ruff heart, diamond to ace, ruff heart, DK, then duck a club.

You should think a bit more...
Ruff a diamond, draw last outstanding trump and play off heart from dummy throwing club from hand. On the final heart throw a second club from hand and wait for the winning (for you) club switch.

se12sam's line looks good (unless West has 4 diamonds). How about if East discards on the second heart?
y66, I don't think your line will work. For one thing, West can easily exit with a heart or perhaps even the third trump. For another, if East has a decent club holding you may not be able to duck a club to west.
