Finesse, play for a double squeeze while hoping that my opponents don't duck two rounds of spades.
Edit: Oh I thought it was 6N, lol. In 6♣ I win and play a small spade from dummy.

Diamond Ace, ruffing finesse back?
If that works (probably covered), play two top clubs, ending in dummy. If all follow, ruff a diamond. Spade toward King. If that holds, ruff another diamond, enter dummy with the heart King, and pull the last trump. Cash an established diamond (if it is) and then lead spades, claiming.
Somewhere along the line you might end up just reducing stuff out until a possible squeeze, which will either be or not, to increase the chances of the spade 10 dropping out.
There's probably more to this, depending on what happens along the way, but I hate the guess-what-happens cater analyses.

I'd play for a crossruff. The basic plan is ♦A, knock out the spade, throw a heart on a spade and crossruff.
I have to ruff one card low in one hand or the other. If they return a trump after ♠A, I have to decide immediately which hand to take the low ruff in. A priori, 1=6 diamonds is less likely than 5=2 hearts or 4=3 spades, so I'd probably play to ruff a diamond low. If West has ♠A, that's almost guaranteed to be safe - no one leads a singleton against a slam when they have the entry. If East takes ♠A and plays back a diamond straight away, I might change my mind.
If my third-round spade winner gets ruffed by West, I still have time to try to set up a diamond trick or squeeze West in the reds. For that to work, if they return a heart after winning the ace of spades, I should win in hand.

if the opponents' trump distribution is 3-2 (68%), the reverse dummy will always work.
