I had this auction come up today, and was wondering if there is a good use for it... How do you play:

3NT**

**What should this be?

Maybe suggesting a sacrifice, or should it still be natural? Ideas?

Immediate thought is suggests a sacrifice but this makes absolutely zero sense with the pass.

I'd just take it as natural here. e.g. Kxxx Kxx Qxx Kxx

Without the pass it's a suggestion to sacrifice (with some defense).

After opps pass, it's clearly natural with Aces in side suits, like Josh suggests.
If opps overcalled 3X, I prefer 3NT to be a suggestion to sacrifice at 5-level in case opps bid 4M.

That's a little rich for some of us, but change the diamond to the Qxx, sure.

I play it as save-suggesting. Since a 3rd seat preempt can be rather random, this bid helps finding good saves and staying out of bad ones.
