I observe that if dummy is in permanent/long term red spot mode, a claim by declarer cannot be accepted. Even if both defenders click "yes" the claim does not get processed. It may also be the case that if a defender claims or concedes when his partner (the other defender) is in the ether, then declarer cannot accept or reject. Can we do something about this?
