I play that a 4NT opening is asking for specific aces.

5♣ shows none
5♦ shows the A♦
5♥ shows the A♥
5♠ shows the A♠
5NT shows 2 Aces
6♣ shows the A♣

Yes, I have made this bid before... On something like AKQJxxxx KQx A x. Partner bid 5NT, and I bid 7NT :P.
