I'm gonna play opener for the ♠Q, so I'll play ♠A and small to the agony.

I use two club ruffs and ♥A as entries to ruff dummy's remaining diamonds.

If diamonds are 6-2, I play North for ♠Qxx, because 1165-3226 is more likely than 2164-2227. If diamonds are 5-3, I play for the drop, because 2155-2236 is more likely than 3154-1237.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

Well played! I think that's the best line, if only had I found it at the table :) Opener had of course 2155 without the ♠Q.
