J if this were matchpoints.

I kind of like the A at IMPs.

I like the club A at any scoring. They have had a power auction to 3N.. an auction on which LHO could well have extras and RHO didn't bother inviting. So even with partner's possible diamond length/stopper, we are not setting up this heart suit, and the spade, passive tho it is, is also going to be non-productive. The club requires so little, which is good, because that's all partner rates to have.... little.

I would lead a heart without much thought, I am a simple soul, and I don't trust opponent's stoppers much.

But thinking deeper, if we have diamond void, either a passive lead is best (spade), just awaiting for the opponents to fail by themselves, or RHO has a big fit, in wich case we better lead A before it is too late.

I have no experience leading unsupported aces against NT, maybe I should try and do it more frequently just to test.

I'm leaning toward the J, but at IMPs the A seems like the only option. At MPs the J seems like a longterm winner... I will never lead a unless the 3NT bidder was KR.
Yay for the "Ignored Users" feature!

I would always lead a heart if declarer was Nuno (whereagles).

But its more like a table feeling sometimes. In japan I overcalled on KJ98xx and RHO bid 2NT ultra quick, I could 'feel' he had the 2NT bid in mind, and that my 2 overcall didn't matter much to his decision. I was right, he just had Qx, any non diamond lead would mean that the contract made.

I don't have a strong preference between a spade and a club, but I think a heart has little/no merit.
