Here's a hand that I played a few weeks ago in a pushy 4♠. Mat was kibbing and we had some discussion about it afterward.

Its hard to find a legitimate chance, whoever takes the third round of hearts is either able to draw trumps to avoid the endplay, or able to play a diamond to get rid of partner's endplay.

There is one legitimate chance, and that is to find RHO with a 3343.

Duck the spade (winnign would be as good, but has a chance of missdefence on other layouts). Ruff 2 clubs in hand and play 3 rounds of hearts (cashing ♠A before)
