5♣ for me... I think 4♠ here shows like a 5-4 or something, not a 7-4. Partner MUST have clubs for his 3NT bid, and I'm not convinced that we can get 4♥ enough. Pass is decently attractive, but I'm afraid that I show more defensive values when I pass.

I am not defending this one.
Normally a 7-4 means to me forget about the 4 card suit, but on this case partner is marked with ♣A. Playing on a cheaper level starts to make sense (partner will never pass 4♠ without 4 cards).
I still find it close, I think I bid 5♣ anyway.

I'll have to go with 5♣, too. I would love to show my spades (would partner double 3♥ with 4?) but I'm not sure it wouldn't get me to a moysian fit and having the long trumps and the void in their suit, it doesn't look good.
