I'm playing N/S and the bidding goes:

E 2H
S X (me)
W P
N 2NT

I click on the 2NT and it says "Lebensohl" 11-Points, 12- high card points. First of all what does the dash indicate after the 11 and 12? Does that mean fewer than??

Bot was 5-2-2-4 with 6 points.

Yes it means fewer than. It looks like the bot was going to bid 2N then 3S as invitational which seems aggressive but not totally crazy.

What am I supposed to bid after the 2NT?

2NT forces 3 unless you have a X and correct. Usually it's better to listen to the bot here anyway.
Yay for the "Ignored Users" feature!
