Jacoby 2NT, the 3♣ and 3♦ raise are made with 4-card support. Could they be made with 5 cards?

Also, why is it not called bergen-cohen anymore?

"It" being the convention? Was it ever called that? News to me.

Yes, Bergen can be bid with 5 card support, I don't do it often, but it is certainly reasonable. I've never heard of it being called Bergen-Cohen, but I was born 10 years after the convention was invented.
Yay for the "Ignored Users" feature!

#1 "4 card support" usually means "at least 4 card support"

Yes, you can do that with 5 card support.

But in one version of Bergen raises ["Better bidding with Bergen Volume 1", page 37-42] a Bergen 3♣ bid is typically 4 card support and more or less denying 5. With 5 card support and ~7-10 points he would bid 4♦.

Out of curiousity, what does Bergen play 1M-4M as?

Btw Bergen plays Bergen2nt not Jacoby 2nt. also other bergen style major suit raises if you play full Bergen:

3nt=14-16 bal with 4333 shape stoppers in unbidsuits.
1major=4c=17+ and 4333
1major=4d=5 trumps and 1 to 1.5 outside quick tricks.
1s=3h=stiff or void somewhere, relay asks..
1h=2s=stiff somewhere
1h=3s=void somewhere

0-6 and five card support.

Basically, 1M-4M tells partner: "Do not double them. I don't have anything, other than trump support.".

1M-4♦ tells partner: "I was going to compete to the four level, no matter what. I have a distributional hand, but together we have half the deck and if you feel like it, you can hit them if they still dare to enter the auction."

As an aside: many players who like Bergen's ideas in general have tweaked the meanings of all these conventional raises. They have just sorted out the various bids in a little more efficient manner.
