Diamond. Not because it's singleton but because we might setup a trick there.

I'm sure that at the table I'd lead ♥A. This is, however, quite likely to be ruffed, setting up one or more winners in dummy.
Declarer may well have a second suit, so I don't much like a diamond lead. Maybe a trump is best, playing partner for enough in clubs to stop the suit and two diamond tricks. Or maybe I have to lead a club, to get at dummy's entry before declarer leads a heart towards dummy's KQ.
