3♥. I don't agree with the argument that because we can't find out whether game is good we should just bid it. Game may be anything from cold to hopeless, but it's more likely to be a good game when partner is maximum than when he isn't. We should still do the best we can to find the right level, even if our best isn't very good.
... that would still not be conclusive proof, before someone wants to explain that to me as well as if I was a 5 year-old. - gwnn

What Nuno says, the fact that partner is minimum is almost unimportant, the important thing is what he's got in clubs.
