Is there a site where the controls in the BBO program are fully explained? For instance there is a "HELP" button at the bottom of the main screen that shows when you first log in. Clicking on this button does nothing. There are a number of buttons which also seem to have no function

Clicking the HELP button brings up a new webpage with quite detailed (if a little outdated) help.

The basics remain constant though.

If you cannot bring up the help page, something is preventing browsers to pop up.

But maybe hamdi's links work for you, they are direct links to many faq pages we have in BBO.
