The first five bids are clear:

1C - 1D
1S - 2H (4th suit GF)
2S

I think responder should now jump to 4D to make a statement about diamonds. From then on it is not so clear. Perhaps opener should just bid 5D and hope responder passes. Maybe reponder will, it doesn't matter much as 5D and 6D are about equal. (although in a weak field 5D would be preferable I think)
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

I'm not convinced that in the real world so many will stop in 5D.

Opposite as little as the ace of hearts and ace of clubs 7D is virtually laydown. You don't need much of a diamond fit with that suit either.

I would start that way, but I think just bid 6♦ next as south. Maybe it's taking a bit of a chance, but I don't think it can be done scientifically from there, at least not by me and anyone I play with.

1S------2H (3H isnt natural for me)
3S ----???

(3S is probably better then 2S, showing the 6-5 will tell partner that we may not have a full opening in points count and 2S followed by 3S might just be a waiting or control bid)

here the misfit is clear as sunshine but still our hand is still powerhouse. So 4D wich is keycard for us (but may include a S fit, I know we have a S void), 4H (1-4) now I think its clear to signoff in 5D but the other option would be to bid 5C (asking for extras) and partner will sign off in 5D. I wouldnt cry if we reached 6D.

I would always jump to 6 ♦ after showing Diamonds and hearts.

In some ways, hands like this should be given as a one handed problem rather than 2 handed, just to see what the responses would be.
