Since I open most 11 counts, 3D hasn't got much use for me as 10-12 points so I would elect 3D as I am a maximum for my previous bidding and I also play Acol with 4 card majors so partner must hold 5 diamonds or 15+ points (since he would open 1C with 4-4 in the minors and 4 of a major with 4 of a major and 4 diamonds) and would open 1N with 12-14

I dislike 1NT a lot.
Either 2D or 3D, depending on how you value the hand (I don't really mind either).

This hand is a square peg. A limit raise is an overbid and a preemptive raise is an underbid. I like 2♦, not because it is the best description, but it gives us the chance to play 2♦ opposite drek.
Agree with Clee - I'm not crazy about IM's BPH either.
I also like a 3rd raise in the minor. This hand falls into the 'mixed raise' category and Gnome and I would bid 2♠. I know these aren't played commonly, or by the poster, but I don't like a really wide range for the double raise.

Given the agreements 2♦ sounds perfect. Playing inverted minors I would probably bid 3♦.

I play an extended version of the minors since I play weak NT.
We use 2m+1 as a mixed raise with shortness, 2m+2 as a mixed raise with no shortness.
I actually get hands that want to raise 1m to 2 of a minor.
