The first few tricks:
♦A,K then 3rd ♦, east played 8,2,Q, declarer ruffed 3rd, then ♣K, ♣A, and ♥K, both followed.
At this point, Helgemo choose a strange line to me, he played ♠A, ruffed a ♠, ruff a ♣ with dummy's 9. Unfortunately overruffed by east's 10.

I think the contract is cold at that point. After both followed ♥K, just play 3rd ♣ and ruff with dummy's ♥A, and a ♥ back to hand.
If ♣3-3 or ♥2-2 it's ok. If west has 4♣s and 3♥, then you can ruff 4th ♣ and go back to hand by ruffing a ♠ safely.

Perhaps there was some confusion over signals. If East gave count in diamonds, then he appears to be 6=4 in the pointy suits, and hence had a singleton heart.
