You can update your BBO to the latest version at:

I suggest you use the first method, but whatever method you
use, please make sure you have exited the BBO program
COMPLETELY before you start!

Version 3.6.9 is mostly about bug fixes. Several problems
have been fixed, including some serious ones.

The bug in which some users crash or froze when clicking
the lobby/tables/tourneys/chat buttons at a table is hopefully
fixed. I was never able to replicate it, but my testers who
could report that 3.6.9 appears to be stable in this regard.

Please let me know if you see this happen with 3.6.9 by
posting here or sending e-mail to fred@bridgebase.com.

There are a few new features:

- When "show full tables" filter is off and "show empty
seats" filter is on, list is sorted by number of empty seats.
I am not sure that this is best, but I got a lot of requests
to make this change...

- When you are typing a chat message to a person who
logs out, you are now asked if you want to leave a mail
message for that person (as opposed to the chat dialog
automatically vanishing).

- Vugraph operators can now enter information about
the players directly through the BBO client. Right click
is still used to set player names, but after you do that
you can left click to edit profile information. Player
profiles are automatically saved in files on your hard disk.

- Control-T for chat to tournament (it is used for TABLE
in other contexts)

- Host of a partnership bidding table can see all 4 hands
if he is not sitting and if he has set defenders' bidding
to "controlled by host"

Please let me know if you find any problems with 3.6.9,
but I am going to a tournament on Monday and I may not
be able to respond to e-mail (or forums post) between
April 12 and 19.

yes confirmed , no active table on tourneys, when clicking on table, u get tournament chat open

I confirm this true also in Team Matches.. .table button brings up table chat, not table tournment info.

Sorry about that. The problem is now fixed, but you will have
to download and install again from one of the links in the post
that started this thread (version number will remain 3.6.9).

I don't know if this is a bug or some problem with my computer.

I upgraded last night to version 3.6.9. Today I played in a tourney. On moving for board 5 I could only see the back of the cards. I had to leave and upon my return had no further problem.

I have my profile set up to kibitz south and this was the first time in the tourney that I was seated south. I changed my profile to view all hands but it didn't help. This might have no bearing on the problem but I include it in case it does.

Just to add that I think the software is great.

This bug (along with another one that Gerardo reported - thanks)
is now fixed and 3.7.0 will be released soon.
