Partner opens 2NT....are you going to transfer to 3H and play there or raise to game? Fairly easy question really.

IMO 4♥ is fine, especially at teams, and you should get there as fast as possible

6th heart is a big card and evaluates to about a Queen. Bid game.

I will bid game.

I want to point out, however, that if you play Texas Transfers that you must use Texas to get to game. If you transfer at the 3 level and raise to game, it should show a mild slam try of some sort.
