2♠ for me. This definitely shows a good suit although it might not show as good a hand as this. On the flip side, partner didn't raise or redouble, so I think game is unlikely.

Given the 6322 shape, I think 3♠ is a bit rich.

What is the alternative supposed to be, 2NT? I would do that before I would do 3♠.

Of course I wouldn't do either one though.

Since bad trump breaks and lack of transportation are common after an auction like this, this bid shows a better hand than a lot of people think. I would characterize this hand as having mild extras for this bid.
