In the above diagram South has another ♠ to bring him up to 13 cards. IMO...
  • Duck the ♣ lead in dummy, win cheaply in hand.
  • If forced to play ♣Q, then win ♣K with ♣A, and draw a round of trumps.
  • If forced to play ♦, then finesse ♦J.
  • If forced to finesse ♦Q, then cover ♦K with ♦A and cash ♥T.
  • If both follow cash ♥J.
  • If both follow, claim.
  • Otherwise cash tops and cross-ruff.

We should always assume 2/1 unless otherwise stated, because:

There is a slight inference, when there is a doubleton ♦Ax in dummy, that a player, who covers ♦Q or ♦J also has ♦T. On that reasoning, you might rely on the ruffing- finesse of ♦9.
