I think the more interesting question comes if partner reopens with a double, which is not all that unlikely.

Pass in tempo the first and 2nd time at imps, X the 2nd time in matchpoints (I'm assuming that's pure penalty since I can use 2N as a minor-suit oriented take out bid.)
