I prefer to open this hand 1C then reverse 2S. This isnot the hand i will open 2NT, you could easily lose a club slam if you do that.

You can play this thing in ♠, ♦, or ♣.. double to get the distributioal options across first, then catch up on stregnth the next round with a cue-bid after parnter tells you if which suit you should be in.

2♠, I agree with not opening 2NT since it is very very bad to open 2NT with stiff ace. Illegal when playing with me.
